A recent survey by the outplacement firm Challenger, Gray & Christmas out of Chicago found that after surveying a gazillion employees (workers) out there, low and behold 73% of you said that it’s your boss who’s to blame for your lousy feelings at work. And 20% of you lied because your bosses were watching you take the survey and 7% of you went running to your bosses saying “how do you think I should answer this question?” Okay, just kidding on the last two percentages of the survey but it’s clear (and I’ll say since they were first invented) that bosses are the chief source of frustration and poor morale at most companies.
